Chads2CalculatorDialog class
Diálogo interactivo para la escala CHA₂DS₂-VASc.
Evalúa el riesgo de tromboembolismo en pacientes con fibrilación auricular. El usuario marca comorbilidades mediante checkboxes (insuficiencia cardiaca, HTA, diabetes, ictus previo, enfermedad vascular) y selecciona edad y sexo con radio buttons. Cada factor suma puntos ponderados.
La puntuación se actualiza en tiempo real. No requiere completar todos los campos para aplicar (los valores por defecto son 0).
Devuelve un int con la puntuación total vía Navigator.pop.
