CamCalculatorDialog class
Diálogo interactivo para el método CAM (Confusion Assessment Method).
El CAM es una herramienta de cribado para la detección de delirium. Evalúa 4 criterios: inicio agudo/fluctuante, inatención, pensamiento desorganizado y nivel de conciencia alterado.
El resultado es positivo (sospecha de delirium) si se cumplen los criterios 1 + 2 + (3 ó 4 anormal). Se muestra en tiempo real con indicador visual de color (rojo = positivo, verde = negativo).
Devuelve un bool vía Navigator.pop: true si positivo, false si
negativo.
