EpisodeInfoCard class
Tarjeta de información principal de un episodio clínico.
Muestra el ícono de registro médico, fecha/hora de creación, autor del episodio y las escalas clínicas registradas (Braden, CAM, CHADS₂).
Si canEdit es true (el episodio tiene menos de 2 h de antigüedad),
aparece un botón de edición que abre un bottom sheet con formulario
completo y calculadoras integradas para las escalas.
El callback onEpisodeUpdated se invoca tras guardar cambios con éxito, devolviendo el EpisodeResponse actualizado sin necesidad de un GET extra.
